Sherelle Murray, REALTOR®
Sherelle was born and raised in the Spruce Grove area where she now raises her two children. She has always been interested in the design, architecture, and unique nature of properties and her excitement for real estate is present in every sale. A natural empath at heart, Sherelle connects deeply to her clients and truly treats them like family. She takes great care in walking them through the process earnestly, taking as much time as necessary to make them comfortable and confident in their decisions.
In recent years Sherelle discovered a passion for helping clients with different abilities find homes that are accessible and supportive to their needs. She is trained to assess properties for accessibility and their suitability to be retrofitted, then connects those clients with local experts to make it happen. She is actively working to change the way realtors and the real estate market serve those who are differently abled to bridge an important gap that currently exists.
Tara Braatz, REALTOR®
Tara graduated with a degree in psychology from McMaster University but has always been interested in the housing market, financial trends, and economics. Before becoming a realtor herself, Tara bought and sold properties across Canada and had many good and bad experiences both with a REALTOR®’s services and without. The negative experiences motivated Tara to offer the real estate experience she would have wanted for herself, delivered by a REALTOR® who was responsive and educated.
Tara loves assessing the big picture for her clients, analyzing the economic data and market information to ensure they make a wise investment that will serve them well both in the short term and long term. She handles real estate with care and is fueled by an innate desire to help people make appropriate decisions in a supportive environment, especially young families and those making their first home purchase.
